Beautiful candle, great quality. My only moan is the fact that there was no postal bag over the cardboard box - the postage label was put on the pretty mischief candle cardboard box, which to me is part of the gifting experience.

I ordered this candle for a gift, when it arrived I noticed a distinctive air bubble under the sticker.
I had no choice but to gift this item as it was the only gift I had bought for a specific date. I contacted customer services and they offered to send a new sticker which I could replace myself, which was no good as I had to gift the present before they would have been able to do this.
Considering they charge a fair amount for this item and then an increased amount for delivery (also making a profit on this), I would expect a quality inspection on all items before sending them to a customer.
Wouldn’t purchase again or recommend.

One candle was fine but thenother was covered in something black and when i tried to wipe it off it peeled the label straight away. I wouldnt recommend, labels are very cheap stickers

What size is the candle?
Candle measurements: Our candles are 250g (approx) wax candle measures 9.8cm x 8.6cm, and have a burn time of 50+ hours.
How quickly will my order arrive?
We pride ourselves on speed. Most orders are dispatched within 24 hours during working days. Standard UK delivery usually takes 2-3 working days after dispatch.
What kind of wax do you use and how long does it burn?
We use a premium, sustainable soy wax blend for a clean, soot-free burn. Our standard candles typically provide 25-40+ hours of burn time.
What if I’m not happy with the item?
If you’re not 100% happy with your order you can return it within 30 days of delivery. Just speak to our team at hello@mischiefcandles.com
Is there candle safety information I should be aware of?
All candles sold in the UK require the same safety information:
Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep away from things that can catch fire. Keep away from children and pets. Keep candles at least 10cm apart. Place candle upright. Keep wax pool clear of matches and debris. Do not burn in a draught. Trim wick to 5mm before relighting. Never burn for more than 4 hours. Stop using when 1/2 inch wax remaining.
